SIA “Hanza 14” has implemented the project “Tapbox Digital Reception”
SIA “Hanza 14” has implemented the project “Tapbox Digital Reception” during the period from 01.06.2024 to 31.12.2024 with the support of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as the EU) Recovery Fund under the program "Support for Process Digitalization in Commercial Activities." Contract No. 17.2-5-L-2024/386.
The goal of the EU Recovery Fund project is to promote the digitalization of processes used in commercial activities and to enhance productivity, thereby improving the competitiveness of Latvian entrepreneurs.

Total project budget: EUR 33,500,000.
During the implementation of the project “Tapbox Digital Reception” from 01.06.2024 to 31.12.2024, a digital reception was created in the lobby of Building B of the “Verde” office complex. It provides the ability to communicate with tenants via video calls, access key information about the services available in the office complex, view office layout maps, and read details about the conference center and other services offered within the complex.
The developed digital reception expands the range of services offered by SIA “Hanza 14” in the “Verde” Buildings A and B, significantly enhancing the customer experience and improving building management efficiency. This new technology boosts the company’s competitiveness, demonstrating its ability to implement processes that foster innovation and the integration of modern technologies into daily operations.
The digital reception created as part of the project highlights SIA “Hanza 14” expertise and readiness to continue implementing new projects that promote the company’s growth and enhance the competitiveness of Latvian entrepreneurs.
