Capitalica Asset Management is an investment management company licensed and supervised by the Central bank of Lithuania and is managing investment funds investing in commercial real estate in the Baltic States.
The controlling stake (70%) of Capitalica Asset Management is held by SBA Group, one of the largest Lithuanian business groups, and another 30% is owned by A. Barštys' (Chairman of the Board of Capitalica Asset Management) company Fox Holdings.
Capitalica Asset Management’s success in real estate investment is based on three main components: Properties, Return, and Team. The team of experts is driving investment opportunities with the potential for high returns while carefully selecting properties that are expected to generate stable growth with little volatility.

LLC Capitalica Industries LV is a certified general contractor, registered in Latvia, and is a part of the “Capitalica Asset Management”, developer of the “Verde’’ office complex, group of companies.
The company's mission is to kickstart the project, ensuring its timely completion within the designated budget. The company’s portfolio includes the development of the second phase of “Verde,” Riga’s greenest office complex rooted, in the experience acquired during the development of the first phase, and the construction and development of an internationally recognized and sustainable commercial property in Lithuania known as “Kauno Dokas”.
Verde is a proud member of two the most important real estate organizations in Latvia - Skanste Development Agency and The Alliance of Real Estate Developers.
At the same time, "Riga investment and tourism agency" nominated Verde as Riga’s the most sustainable building in 2022.
