Reviving Cultural Heritage
One of the gems of Verde’s next development phases will be the restoration of two historic buildings located within the development site —
part of the UNESCO-listed Historic Centre of Riga.
These architectural landmarks will be respectfully revitalised, preserving their original character while introducing new, meaningful functions that complement the district’s contemporary vision and enrich the cultural and urban fabric of the area.

Verde is developed by Capitalica Asset Management – a licensed investment management company supervised by the Bank of Lithuania. Capitalica manages real estate investment funds across the Baltics, focusing on long-term value and sustainable growth.
