BLC / Business Leaders Centre
SBA Urban developed a business centre next to the Unity Square in Kaunas, which was renovated by the SBA Group. This office has become a convenient center for businesses and their customers and is of exceptional architecture. BLC 2 has become the first building in the Baltic States to receive the employee wellbeing building certificate Fitwel. BLC 2 has been awarded the highest - three-star - rating.

Green Hall
The valley of three business centers, which is characterized by exceptional architecture.
