Verde receives the prestigious “Riga Company of the Year 2024” Award

On November 25th of this year, Riga's greenest office complex, “Verde,” developed by “Capitalica Asset Management,” received the prestigious “Riga Company of the Year 2024” award in the real estate sector.

The “Riga Company of the Year 2024” award was presented to the best companies in six of Riga's priority industries – startups, international business centers, information and communication technologies, real estate, high-value-added manufacturing, and this year's new category – Riga’s New Company of the Year.
