Verde Office Complex Wins the Latvian Construction of the Year Award 2024

Riga’s greenest office complex Verde has started the new year on a high note by becoming a laureate of the prestigious Latvian Construction Annual Awards 2024. On March 6th, it secured 1st place in the “New Public Building” category.

For 11 years, the Latvian Construction Annual Award has highlighted the best construction achievements in Latvia. This year, a total of 155 high-quality projects competed across 10 categories. This prestigious recognition—New Building of the Year—affirms our commitment to creating a sustainable, modern office complex that meets the highest quality standards.
