Location: Mostly - Riga, Latvia, sometimes - Vilnius, Lithuania.

As an Investor Relations Manager, your responsibilities will be:

  • Investor Relationship Management: cultivating and nurturing relationships with investors, both current and potential, managing inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses, coordinating investor meetings, presentations, and conference calls.

  • Performance Reporting: communicating financial performance and corporate strategies to stakeholders.

  • Regulatory Compliance: ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.

  • Investment Analysis: Informed Decision-Making Through Market and Competitor Insights.

  • Leadership: Uniting Internal Teams for Investor Relations Success. Playing a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the company's reputation in the investment community.

In this dynamic role, your expertise and efforts will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong investor relationships, securing essential funding, and providing personalized investment solutions that align with client's financial objectives.

We expect you have:

  • Experience: several years of experience in investor relations or client service, including a proven track record of success in managing investor relationships and stakeholder engagement. Experience in the finance, fintech industry, or corporate communications sectors is highly relevant.

  • Investment expertise: good understanding of investment products and financial markets. Familiarity with securities regulations and compliance requirements would be an advantage.

  • Communication excellence: excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial. The ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely to both investors and internal stakeholders is essential.

  • Project Management: demonstration of adept project management proficiency alongside strong negotiation and sales skills.

  • Teamwork proficiency: collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, is common. Being a team player and working effectively with colleagues.

  • Results-oriented: maintenance of a steadfast commitment to achieving outcomes and driving performance excellence.

  • Fluency in Latvian and English would be an advantage.
