02 Class A Energy Efficiency
Natural daylight infused

Energy efficiency is intelligently built within Verde engineering solutions. At Verde, spaces are designed to provide as much daylight as possible. That is why tenants will find large spaces fitted with a glass facade for maximum exposure to daylight. The ground and mezzanine floors of the Verde building have lofty atriums connected by open staircases.
Energy saving façade solution
On the other hand, glass facades are exposed to the heat of the sun. That is why we have chosen to use a high-energy-efficient glass facade solution with lamella blinds, minimizing the effects of overheating and, thus, optimizing the energy to cool down the internal environment.
Intelligent energy control
Verde employs the highest standard Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system run by an indoor climate management approach via BMS (Building Management System) and room thermostats. Additionally, features like air humidification systems, chilled beams and CO2 sensors are installed for generating the cleanest air possible.
That is why Verde has a Class A energy efficiency grade and qualifies for nZEB – a nearly zero-energy building.
