Riga’s greenest office complex “Verde”, developed by “Capitalica Asset Management”, has expanded its range of finance sector tenants by entering into a long-term cooperation agreement with Worldline, a global leader in payment services. As a result of the deal, the existing “Worldline Latvia” branch will relocate to the “Verde” B building (2nd floor) by early fall 2024.

Worldline helps businesses of all shapes and sizes to accelerate their growth journey – quickly, simply, and securely. The modern offices at the Verde complex offer strategically located facilities, making it an ideal choice for fostering innovation and collaboration. This relocation supports our business objectives and reflects our commitment to offering our existing and future  employees a workplace that enhances their overall experience.

The new Worldline office, with an area of 900 square meters, is planned to accommodate up to 120 workplaces. Currently, in collaboration with “Newsec”, work is underway on the office interior design. Construction will soon begin to enable Worldline to successfully relocate to their new premises this fall.

Iveta Lāce, Commercial Director of the Verde office complex, highlights:I am truly delighted to welcome “Worldline” to our progressive and sustainability-oriented group of tenants. Thanks to this deal, “Verde” has further strengthened its position as a preferred office complex for the development of financial and IT companies. At the same time, this also demonstrates our ability to attract international brand tenants and marks the final phase of leasing out “Verde” A and B buildings, with only a few promising spaces still available”.
