The second building of “Verde” will be commisioned already in spring

The concluding phase of the second building construction at the "Verde" office complex, the flagship commercial property of the investment management company "Capitalica Asset Management" in Latvia, has begun. This phase is expected to last for the next six months, primarily focusing on interior work in both shared spaces and tenant offices. As a result, it is planned that Building B will be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2024 with fully finished fit outs for tenants who have already signed lease agreements to move in according to the specified terms.

With the initiation of interior work in the second building, all previously planned construction activities have been completed. This includes the installation of the glass facade, the placement of cooling and ventilation systems on the roof, and the preparation of the building for the winter season. Simultaneously, the arrangement of tenant spaces is underway on all seven floors, including the installation of walls and raised flooring. Construction of shared spaces, including elevator installation and the creation of parking facilities, is also in progress, as well as landscaping work outside the building in the adjacent areas.

Iveta Lāce, Commercial Director and Board Member of "Verde," stated: "I am truly delighted that the construction of the second 'Verde' building has taken a significant step forward. This achievement is possible thanks to our new general contractor, SIA 'Capitalica Industries LV,' which is part of the 'Capitalica Asset Management' corporate group. Importantly, the new general contractor successfully took over all current tasks and subcontractors from the previous contractor SIA “Velve” in August of this year, ensuring that the construction process of Building B continues without interruption and in accordance with the established goals - adhering to the timeline and quality standards."
