Insurance and risk management broker "Marsh" becomes the new tenant of office complex "Verde"

Riga's greenest office complex "Verde" continues to expand its tenant portfolio, signing a new long-term agreement with “Marsh”, the world's leading insurance and risk management broker, in March this year. The deal will see the Latvian branch of “Marsh” relocated to the 3rd floor of “Verde's” Building A.

The new 250 m2 “Marsh” office will accommodate up to 18 workplaces, thus supporting company’s future development in terms of the attraction of new employees. Currently, in cooperation with “Interior design studio DVI”, work is already underway on the interior design of the office. Construction work will begin shortly, so that “Marsh” can successfully move into its new premises by the end of the summer, 2024.

“Marsh” was represented and advised in the transaction by “CBRE Baltics”, a property consultancy, and “TGS Baltic”, a law firm. “Verde” was represented by “Colliers”, Latvia's leading real estate agency, which is not only the leasing but also the management partner of this A-class office complex.
