Connecting Skanste with historical centre
Considering the unique location of VERDE, the underlining basic urban and architectural idea is to integrate the historical or Quiet Centre of Riga and the new development district of Skanste. The VERDE office complex includes plans to connect green structures with the principles of openness and transparency in the modern architectural solution, thus freeing up and clearing ground-level outdoor space for public use and pedestrian crossings on Skanstes and Hanzas Streets.

A total of 375 underground parking spots are available for the convenience of residents. The spacious underground parking area, equipped with a Smart parking system, not only offers VERDE’s tenants an extremely convenient parking solution but also allows them to take full advantage of the beautiful green spaces surrounding the building. Because we care about our tenants’ carbon footprint, we provide 12 electric car charging stations, located within the building.
Due to the proximity of VERDE to the historic centre and the bike paths coming from the side of Sporta Street, the bicycle is another recommended mobility solution for residents. Altogether, VERDE provides 100 parking spots for bicycles, of which 75 are located in private storage rooms on the ground floor. Showers and lockers are available next to the bike storage area.
